HUGARD'S MYSTERIES.

On Tuesday evening last at the Helensville Theatre, Hugard's Company appeared before a large and appreciative audience. Hugard in himself is an entertainment, his manipulation of the cards causing great interest and amusement, while the great shooting event excited curiosity and amazement. The audience was delighted with Miss Myra Errington's playing on the xylophone and musical coins, and Miss Millie Clare was loudly applauded for her rendering of patriotic songs. Some clever feats were performed by Clivalli and the most intelligent of dogs, " Sport." Last but not least, came the Chinaman, Chung Sung Loo, with his many wonderful conjuring acts and startling illusions, an interesting an enjoyable programme terminating with " God Save the King."
