HELENSVILLE S. M. COURT
FRIDAY, JULY 28TH., 1915 (Before Mr E. Page, S.M.) POLICE CASES Two young fellows for failing to attend statutory drill at Auckland Training Camp on recent datp, were convicted and fined £1 each with costs. The policß had no less than four charges against certain residents of Beiensville and vicinity for breaking their Prohibition orders. All lined 20s eajh and 7a costs. A new order for 12 months was taken out against another unfortunate. AFFILIATION CASE The girl and boy case brought on at a previous Court and adjourned for decision, resulted in favour of the boy—without prejudice, the girl plaintiff having to pay costs. CIVIL CASES. Judgment for plaintiff and costs was given in the following cases :— James Stewart v. Te Tana Manakaxi, claim £2 15s; Geo. Glover v. H. Rogers, £20 3s; Geo. Glover v. H. Renet, £3 Id; Stewart Bros. v. Maha Penerata, £17 6s lid; Oscar Sandin v. G. H. Edwards, £3 15s. ' | JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Orders were made in the following cases: Stewart Bros. v. Toko Kemp, claim £9 6s 9d; to pay amount forthwith, in default 10 days' imprisonment, warrant to be suspended so long as defendant pays £1 per month.
