DOMAIN BOARD.
HELENSVILLE, June 10, 1915. PRESENT Messrs E. T. Field (chairman), A. Becroft, T. Elliott, G. Sellars, J. F. Lambert, J. A. Wilson, Jas. Stewart, and the Secretary, Mr H. W. Stringer. MINUTES Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. CORRESPONDENCE Outward correspondence was approved. . <■. . APPLICATION FOR GATE An application was received from Mrs Little, asking that a gate be placed opposite, her residence, leading into the Hot Springs Domain. On the motion of the Chairman, seconded by Com. Elliott, it was decided that the gate was not necessary. TENDERS FOR SHELL Two tenders were received for the supply of shells delivered at the Domain. On the motion of Com. Stewart, seconded by Com. Wilson, it was decided to accept Mr V. F. McLeod's tender at 4/9 per yard, subject to sample being approved by the Chairman and Com. Becroft. ADVERTISING THE SPRINGS A letter from Messrs Wise and Co., re advertising in their Directory, was referred to the Special Committee. < NEW PATHWAY The question of forming a pathway to the road opposite the new boarding house (erected by Mr Allen), was also referred to the Special Committe. FINANCE Debit balance at Bank £152/3/1. Accounts. passed for payment, -£36/17/4.
