Italy at War—Vori Buelow leaving Rome—Fight near Gaba Tepe— Heavy Turkish Losses.

Italy, by declaring war on Austria, has definitely entered the European conflict on the side of the Entente Powers. The German Ambassador at Rome, Prince yon Buelow, has been instructed from Berlin to leave Rome with the Austrian Ambassador. No fighting has yet been reported. It is reported that Bruges, in Flanders, has been evacuated by the Germans.

In consequence of massacres of the Armenians by the Turks and Klurde, the British, French, and Russian Governments announce that they will hold all members of the Ottoman' Government and its agents personally responsible for the massacres.
