HELENSVILLE TOWN BOARD

THURSDAY, MARCH 4, 1915

PRESENT Messrs E. T. Field (chairman), J. Lambert, J. Wilson, T. Elliott, A. Becroft, G. Sellars, and the clerk (Mr H. W. Stringer). MINUTES Minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. CORRESPONDENCE Correspondence read and either dealt with or laid upon the table. iBUILDING PERMITS Mr Isaac McLeod was granted j a permit to erect a workshop on his section in Commercial Road. AT LAST The tenders for improvements to the Fishermen's Wharf were opened, and Mr J. Simcock's for £184 19s was accepted. BUILDING INSPECTOR It was decided to appoint Mr Fifield as building inspector. FUTURE MEETINGS It was decided that in future the general meetings of. the Board be held once a month. FINANCE Dr. balance at Bank, £490/8/6. Accounts amounting to £20/19/ were passed for payment.

A HAPPY CONCESSION It was decided to grant facilities for the school children of Helensville, Te Pua and Parkhurst schools to use the baths once a week, under control of teachers. FINANCE Dr. balance at Bank, £282/4/10. Accounts passed for payment, £8/15/2. This was all the business.
