PRESENT Messrs E. T. Field (chairman), T. Elliott, J. F. Lambert, Jas. Stewart and Sellars. MINUTES Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. IMPROVEMENTS A report was received from the gardener (Mr W. Harris) suggesting certain work to be done. —It was decided to authorise Mr Harris to procure two drays for two days for carting soil fcr top-dressing greens < also that the croquet green be skimmed and scarified. TENDERS FOR BATHS Ten tenders were received for the erection of an additional 16 private baths at the Springs. — It was decided to accept that of Mr G, H. Edwards, the lowest tenderer, the amount being .£SBO. FINANCE Dr. balance at Bank, £283/15/1.
