We refer to Mr Arthur J. Hill, head-teacher of the Helensville Public School, which position he has held for some years to the full satisfaction of the Dapartment and the parents, and the children whom he has turned out as finished and those he is still taking pains with. Mr Hill is devoted to his profession, which is a tedious qne at all times, and has our very bes,t wishes..
