The Germans are reported to 'be strengthening their lines towards Soissons, on the Aisne. The Russian Black Sea Fleet, returning from a cruise, met the two Turko - German cruisers, and Breslau, and attacked them. The Breslau escaped, but the Goeben engaged the Russians A bombardment followed, and the Russians report that the Goeben, t presently drew off and disred in the mist. The "al Russian ship engaged ad some sixty casualties. The Financial News states that Great Britain's huge war loan of £350,000,000, which was placed on the market on November 17, has been over-subscribed.
