("OH, THAT WILL BE JOYFUL.") A French correspondent predicts confidently a joyful Xmas for all the allies, especially Russia. He says the Germans have been crushed, and are now completely exhausted. A Russian message states that decisive events are impending in Poland which may prove a long step^towards the successful conclusion of the whole campaign.
