HELENSVILLE SALE YARDS
Messrs Buckland and Sons report on Wednesday's sale of last week as foil ows :— A most successful sale was held on th c above date, while the attendance of buyers was excellent. About 400 head were yarded. Bulls brought from £8 to £11 5s ; beef, from £6 to £8 ; good store cows, £4 to £5 5s ; 18-months heifers, averaged £3 ; steer s, to £4 ; springers, from £4 to £8. Sheep were sold at 13s 9d.
