The Russian armies operating in Galicia have arrived within sight of Cracow, the siege of which is imminent. The Austrian army has been surrounded. Another Russian Army is marching towards Silesia, in South Germany. At a small town near Radom, in Poland, the German commander threatened, as the Russians approached, to blow up the remarkable Town Hall, which is bui}t in. the Florentine style and is conspicuous fqr g'Q miles around, and also a beautiful Gothic Church 600 years old. The inhabitants offered to ransom the buildings by a contribution of 5000 crowns. This was accepted and 20 minutes later the Town Hall was blown up, and then the Church. ' The Morning Post's correspondent in Rome says Germany has made a peace oyer.ture to Russia, which was immediately rejected. The battle in Belgium is being waged with increased violence!'
