Good King Edward A touching illustration of the appreciation of England's attitude towards France at the present juncture was afforded in Paris recently. An anonymous admirer of Great Britain had placed a bouquet of beautiful roses at the foot of the statue of King Edward VII in the new street that bears his name. A card bore the words "To our loyal friend. Gratitude."
