THE PARAKAI PATRIOTIC GIFT SALE

Messrs Buckland and Sons monthly cattle sale at Helensville was well attended on Wednesday, 2nd inst., the great attraction being, after the usual stock was brought forward, the gifts offered to the Parakai Patriotic Fund. These were both numerous and liberal, the total amount realised being £96 19s. The following were the various amounts realised by the auctioneers, who sold without the usual commission :—
