MORE MEN IN DEMAND
Ok Tuesday last Quarter-n: aster Sergt. D. Bradly, of Helensville, received an urgent telegram from Major Jolly of Auckland, to send up at least eight mounteds as soon as possible, present location to be Brown's Bay (wherever that is, though not in Samoa). Q.M.S. Bradly set out on Wednesday und after some scouting, rilled the order as follows, the men taking their departure on Thursday : C. McLeod, Parkhurst; H. Russell, Te Pua ; E. Fifield, Ratawhiri; R. Johnson Helensville ; Corp. Hafford, Helensville : C. Fletcher, Waimauku; Gr. Master?, Helensville; and J. Porter, Helensville. We earnestly wish " our boys " every success.
