KAIPARA GO-OPERATIVE DAIRY FACTORY GO.
MONTHLY MEETING
THE usual monthly meeting of the'directors of the above Company was held at their office on Wednesday, 19th inst. Present: Messrs Chas. Thomson (chairman), Ross, Glover, Grant, Ogle, Hand, Sidwell, Andrews, McLeod, and Pvimmer.
The minutes of the previous meeting being confirmed, the usual monthly business was gone on with, and among other things it was decided : —■
That the Company exhibit with other New Zealand factories five boxes of butter at Panama Exposition to be held at San Francisco.
That a vote of £50 be made to the Empire Defence Fund.
That Is be advanced for butterfat supplied during August.
That, at the request of one of the Company's suppliers, the Manager and Secretary arrange to hold a meeting at Reweti to combat some of the incorrect and misleading rumours regarding the Company now prevailing in that district.
That as far as the directors can see at the present time there will be no alteration regarding the rate of advance on butterfat supplied during the coming season, which will be IOHd.
The balance of the business was of a financial nature. The payments for butterfat supplied during July were £277 6s, being 55461bs at Is.
