BOWLING GREEN
THE Awaroa Bowling Club has now got its green .completed and sown m grass, which is comingaway well as a result of the recent rains. A good deal of labour has been put in by Mr. I>. btewart, assisted by Mr F W Strange, on preparing the green" and every indication points a nrst-class bowling resort being available for next season. A full-sized .green has been laid down and every care taken to secure success with the undertaking.
A pavilion -has also been erected by Mr Stewart, and the green and environment has been completed only by hard as well as gratuitous labour on his part.
