OPENING OF NEW HALL.
The old Foresters' Hall, now called the Star Theatre, will be opened by a Social on Fridaynight, Feb. 27th. For years past Helensville has had the reputation of not having an up to-date Hall, and now this long-felt want has been removed.
The Hall has been thoroughly renovated and brought up to public requirements, sufficient for the needs of the district for many years to come.
The contractor Mr A. Becroft, has done his work well and we, as Foresters' and public generally, will be quite satisfied that the building will be one of the prettiest and most up-to-date in the Dominion.
The District officers and members of other Courts are invited to attend, so the opening function ought to be a huge success.
