The. Otamatea Eacing Club's annual races were heJd on Friday, and the meeting was very successful. The racing was good, with some very exciting finishes. The results were: —

Ladies' Bracelet.—Eoseberry I. Golden Bell 2. Black Diamond 3. Also run : Bonnie Lass, Dandy, Me Lennan, Princess Hilda.
Kaipara. Handicap.—Matakana 1, Delavalite 2, Otainatea 3. Also run : Lady Wairiki.
Welter.—Knnewarra 1, Roseberry 2. Dainty Maid 3. Also ran : Tresa A very exciting finish. Won by haifa- head. '
