Wilson J'.s P. on Monday at the beal CourUiousp, the latter on a charge of having assaulted Sharpe. Mr E. T. Field appeared for complainant. After hearing evidence the Bench held that a technical assauit had been aommitted but of so tnfiing a nature that they were not justified in convict^ ing defendant. ■ . '
