Before Mr F, V. Frazer, S.M,

At last Tnursday's sitting of the Magistrate's Court the following cases weie dealt with : —

Judgment for plantifts by default and costs was given in the case of Stewart Bros v Mrs Albert £l 3s Id. also same against W. Murdock 10s.

On judgment summonses orders were n-ade as follow : - Stewart Bros V Paeraemui Mv, £9 Is Id, in default 9 days imprisonment; same v, Piri Hamu £6 10s, and alternative of 7 days gaol; Jas. Stewart v Isaac Parekara £4 15s Od, in default 5 days imprisonment ; same v. Pauui Perata £4Jl6s 6d, in default 4 days ; same v Pea Hepata £14 4s Id in default 14 days ; same v Pea Hepata £5 16s 6d, au altetnative of 6 days retirement; same v C. Hbbti, £9 6s" 9d, or 10 days at Mt. Eden.
