A Complaint.
To the Editor, ' Sir—Would you be kind enough to inform me whether a license has been issued this year to the Kaukapakapa Hotel ? I understand that two ladies were yesterday refused admittance even ; they asked for a rest and something to eat—the time being then 1.20 p.m. I am, etc, "DISGUSTED" . Helensville L 17-41-13. ' [We understand that one of the hotel licenses at Kaukapakapa, the '*. Bridge " hotel, is being allow ed to lapse ; the other hotel is certainly licensed. Ed.]
