Wide World Pictures.
The very interesting series of films shown last week won high appreciation from picture lovers. High cluss drama amusing comics, educational scenics and a good general variety of sound entertaining subjects wero screened and much enjoyed.
To-night's Programme i& again replete with, good things. There are found good dramatic films, a fine colors ed educational subject, the usual interesting Pathe Gazette, whilst the comedy and comic sections vjroiiiijse' some good tun. The general opiniou of the patrens of this prograiujne at Darga\ ILle was that those films would be hard to beat.
For Thursday night there is a Star drama titled. 'Margaret" 3,500 foot in length; and in audition a special attraction in Skipper Francis, who will lees ?/Ure and show a film depicting his wonderful achivenient of swimming the Bristol Channel on August 27ih, 1 Jl2. a distance of fifteen miles in 4 hours and 32 minutes.
