A message from Constantinople says the Porte has decided to accede to the Poweis' request to cease hostilities.
It is suggested that L >ndon be the meeting place for arranging peace negotiations. The date of meeting will probably be about May 12.
Hakki Bey has refused to accept the position of first peace plenipotentiary for Turkey. /
