TE PUA.

There was a good attendance at Te Pua householders' meeting. Mr E. 0. MoLeod was voted to the chair.

After the annual report had been dealt with the outgoing committee were accorded a hearty vote of thanks.

A vote of thanks was given to the retiring SecretarVj Mr Spinley, for his-services, who had completed his 30th year at Belensville and Te Pua. Several complaints were made as to the children only having halt an hour for lunch interval

The following were elected as Committee tor the ensuing year —Messrs U. Barnes, J". NbWffian, M. Me Arthur. B. F. McCarthy, W. P. Jlennie, W. L- Movie and D. Ferrell. A vote of thanks was accorded the Chairman for the able manner in which he had conducted the meeting.

Subsequently the coinmitiee met and appointed Mr R. Barnes as chairman and Mr J. Newman secret£.r£_and treasurer.
