Ptomaine Poisoning.

A case of ptomaine poisoning was reported on Sunday evening from Buckland's run, South Head, where"" Mr M. Addlington (manager) and several of the farm hands had taken suddenly seriously ill, and Dr. Meinhold was sent for. J^n arrival at the homestead the doctor diagnosed the sickness as ptomaine poisoning, due to eating tainted mutton. The dqctor returned on Monday from South Hfiad, leaving the sufferers on a fair way to recovery.
