RECEIPTS FOR INLAND PARCELS
On and after Ist January, 1913, re« turn-receipts for inland parcels may be obtained by senders from addressees on payment of one penny.
When posting a parcel for which a return^receipt is desired the sender will fill in a card, to be obtained at any post-office. The card will be for-» warded with the parcel, and the ad* dressee requested to sign the receipt, which will then be returned to the sender through^the post. No claims for compension for the loss of a parcel in the post-office will be entertained unless a return-receipt is paid for by the sender when posting the parcel.
SAVINGS BANK PASS BOOKS. The Postmaster informs us that Savings Bank Pass Books are not to be sent in for insertion of interest for 1912 until February Ist, 1913.
