REGATTA CLUB.

The Annual meeting of Members of the HeWsville Regatta Club, was held in McEwin's Hotel on Friday Oct lith at 8 o'clock.

Mr John Constable was voted to the chair in the absence of the Chairman Capt. Sellars.

The Minites of the previous Annual Meeting were confirmed and Balance Sheet for year ended passed.

The following Gentlemen were elected as the committee for the ensuing year : —Messrs Jas McLeod. J. A. Wilson, Capt. Sellars, W ,W, L Bradly, W. Milwood, W. Scott, G. Cox, and G. Bennett (senr.)

The following officials were also elected Messrs Tui McEwin Treasure, F. Tucker Secretary, H. Stringer, Auditor.

MessrsMr Gordon Coates was elected Commodore and R Fenton Vice Commodore.

The meeting made a few suggestions to the Committee for consideration when they meet on Friday 18th inst.
