TERRITORIALS.

An inspection parade of the Territorials (" D " Coy. of the 15th N.A. Regt,) and Senior Cadets (64th Coy.) was held at Helensville by the Commanding Officer, Lieut-Colonel T. H. Steadman, on Thursday afternoon last, when there was a large muster, the total on parade being 130 odd officers and men. After inspection the Officers and 3ST.C.O. put the men through company and sectional drill. The Colonel, in addressing the men at the conclusion of the parade, said that he was more than pleased at being able to attend the parade, and remarked that the men and boys showed great enthusiasm, and what he had seeu of their drill was very encouraging to him as their commanding officer. He also remarked that badges of the Company had been posted to Lieut. White, and would be issued in the course of a day or so.
