Helensville, Te Pua, and Parkhurst Sports,

A meeting of members of the above was held in the Public Library, on Monday evening, Mr C. H. Spinier in the chair.

The meeting was called to accept the resignation of Mr J. Rea y which was received with regret. Mr Kea read the Report and Bal« ance Sheet, which was adopted, showing a credit balance of £17 14s 3d. It was decided to open an account in the Post Office Saving Bank in the names of Messrs Spinley and Tucker. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Mr Eea, which was placed in the minute book, for his past services. To which Mr Rea suitably replied. Mr Tucker was elected Secretary and Treasurer pro tern.
