The first annual meeting of share* holders in the above Company -as held to-day at 12.30 p.m, when tliere was a good attendance, KErORT AND BALANCE SHEET, The following report was read* — Your Directors have pleasure: in .presenting Herewith the First Annual Beport and Balance Sheet, and congratulate Shareholders on, the result of their- first season's operations. After writing the sum of L 75 (2* per cent on L 3000) all round for depreciation, also 1-5 (one fifth) of cost of formation of Company Lls 8s 2d and 1- 5 (one fifth) of cost of Bore L 5 17s 9d there remains a substantial credit balance of LlBlB 18s 3d to be dealt with. From this your directors recommend that further payments be made of l£d(one' penny three farthmgs) perlb for butterfat supplied for th« period September 1911 to March 31st 1912. absorbing the sum of LI 651 5s 7d, and that the balance of 12s 8d be carried forward to next year's profit and loss account. The quantity of butter.made was 130 tons 95lbs.
