HELENSVILLE PRIVATE HUNT CLUB.
The Helensville Private Hunt Club held their first meet of the season on Thursday, 27th inst, Members mat in front of the Heleusville Public Library at 2.15 p.m., and were led off by the Huntsman, Mr P. Williams, to Mr Jno. Hand's farm and after a spin round the course, proceeded to Te Makiri homestead where Mrs Jas. Hand met the Club members and gen. erously dispensed afternoon tea. After tea the huntsrnon, as an appreciation of Mrs Hand's interest in the Club, called for three cheees for her which were heartily responded to. Thft Club then proceeded again over the course and through the town to the South End where the Secretary called for cheers for Ladies and the Huntsman, which were again heartily given.
