A Directors meeting' of the above was held'in the Secretarys' office on Saturday, Mr Thompson occupied the chair, and there was a full attendance of Directors. It was • decided that the Factory be kept going through the winter, and the Manager should at the same time make his annual visit to suppliers. An application for a site for a sawmill on the Companys property was received from Mr. Bates.
It was decided that the application be granted. The Manager, and Mr. Glover and the Secretary to arrange as to particulars. Several matters of a financial nature were discussed and the meeting terminated.
