BECItOFT—DORMER.
A very quiet wedding was solemnis - ed at the residence of the bride's parents at Kaukapakapa, on Tuesday, 20th February, when Mr H. B. Becroft, eldest son of Mr A. Becrofr, of Helensvillp, was joined in holj mat" rimony to Miss M. M, Dormer, second daughter of Mr Dormer, of Kaukapakapa. The cereirony was performed by the Eev. E. E. S. Forrester. The bride who was given away by her father, wore a travelling dress of navy serge, and a pretty grey hat, and carried a white prayer book. Miss S. Dormer, sister of the bride acted as bridesmaid, and wore a pretty cream serge dress with silk trimmings, and a dainty cream and pink hat. The bridegroom was sup«« ported by his brother Mr M. Be croft : as best man, and Mr H, Dormer,, brother of the bride, as groomsman.S^J Only the near relatives of the bride | and bridegroom wore present. After *■ the wedding breakfast the happy couple left for Helensville to catch the 12.30, p.m. train for Auckland.
