Price, from £150 to £550 per section Second-class land— 8 sections, Kawakawa and "Waipu parishes, and Tutamoe, Waipoua, Kangaunu,"Witoa, and Katikati survey districts: From 25 acres to 676 acres .(total area, 2058 acres). Price, from £30 to £630 per section.
