HELENSVILLE TOWN BOARD. NOTICE OF PROPOSED SPECIAL LOAN. NOTICE ,IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Helensville Town Board proposes to raise under the provisions of ''The Local Bodies Loan Act. 1908," and its amendments and "The New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, ! 909," a special Loan of Ten thousand Pounds (£10,000) :— (a) The particular purposes for which the loan is required, are to provide draniage and a Wat , er supply for the Helensville Town District. (b) The amounts proposed to be borrowed for each such purposes are :— For -drainage : .. £5000. For water-supply : £5000, (c) The proposed security is a special annually recurring rate of One Penny Five-eights in the Pound on the rateable value of all property in the District.
