Accounts.
Accounts amounting to £61 5s 2d paid ia between meetings were passed. Bank account was repotte I by the Clerk to be in credit £29 12s 3d, Accounts to be paid £34 0s Gd were passed for payment.
Tho Chairman stated that in connection with the finance he had ar isnged with the Bamc for'an overdraft cf £300. A resolution confirmin<T the s°me was carried.
The Clerk was' instructed to wire to the Minister td authorise tho immediate authority to spend the graut of £250-iVpw due the Board.
Miss McDonald wrote the Board tendering her resignation as keeper o± the baths. The resignation was received with regret, and it was re~ solved that the Clerk write thankiug Miss Mcpouald'for the able manner ia which she 'fetiCr carried tmt her
duties, and that she be granted two weeks leave of absence on full pay. Applications for a successor to Miss McDonald to be advertised for. A letter from Mr Harris, caretaker at the Springs, asking for a registered grate, was held over. — I
