The Departmemt of Agriculture hai^W received the following cablegram''^ from the High Commissioner. Prices are at an average of a halfpenny lower all round than at the close of the sales in l£ay. The market is weaker, largely on account of the strike, which resulted in stocks accuumlatiug. Prospects are favourable if there are not many lots withdrawn There are 104,000 bales of New Zoa- ; land wool available.
