PARLIAMENT.
Parliament will re^aaaemble on Thursday, 22nd inst. An Imprest iupply Bill will be put through on Friday, as extended appro - priations are only available up tv the 31st,the address in reply debate will commence on Tuesday, Augusf I. It is understood tiiat the Government legislativo programme is in an advanced state of preparation and that if tho debate should collapse at an early date, there will be several bills ready.
Most important business of the session will be held over until thei*^ return of Sir Joseph Ward JH^
