(Received July 20, 1.30 a.m.) London, July 19. In the match for the Daily Telegraph Cup (.seven shots at 500 yards), Private Allan, of Victoria, and OolourSergt. Barrow, of Queensland, each won prizes of £2. (Received July 20, 1.15 p.m.) Evening, A cricket match was commenced today at Lords, between the Australians and All England. The Home team went first to the wickets, and the score now (4 p.m.) stands at 90, with two wickets down. (Received July 20, 1.50 p.m.) Later. There was a crowded attendance. The weather was unfavourable, rain falling at intervals. The wicket was rather bumpy. At the dose of the day the Home team had scored 202, wilh four wickets down: Grace, ("Might, 18 ; Scotton, bowled, 19 • Shrewsbury, not out, 91 ■ Read, 22 ; Steel, leg before wicket, 5 • B>irnes, not out, 28 f sundries, 19— total 202.
