In the absence of Ministers, the Charges d'Affairs of England, Germany, Italy, Austria, arid Turkey have delivered a joint note from their respective Governments, declaring a blockade of the Grpek ports. The combined fleets have now rendezvoused at Suda Bay, awaiting orders before proceeding further. The Official Journal published an article to-day disclaiming all hostile intention on the part of Greece, and stating that the movement of troops to the northern frontier was merely a precauionary measure against a sudden attack. The mails which left Auckland by the steamship Mariposa in March wer> delivered here to-day, via San JFrancisco. New Zealand frozen mutton has fallen to 5d per pound. The wool market continues quiet; 300,000 bales have arrived to date for the coming colonial auctions. The rotal quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,870,000 quarters.
