At midnight Edwaids completed 222 miles, and Scott 230. (Received April 15, 9.50 p.m) Later. The first day’s racing of the Hawkesbury Race Club’s Autumn Meeting took place to-day. The weather was dull, and the attendance of the public, circumstances considered, good. The principal events resulted as follow ; Hawkesbury Stakes Handicap; six furlougs.—For this race nineteen horses started. Keith secured first place, beating Fraud by a length. There was no third horse placed. Time, Imin. 15secs, The Claret Stakes, fivs furlongs, brought out a field of six starters. Acme won by one length from Chesara, Tamarisk being third. Time, Imin. l|secs.
