KUMARA HOSPITAL.
Tho adjourned meeting of the Hospital Trustees was held" in the Town Hal] on Monday evening last; present— Mr Burger (in the chair), Messrs W. Morris, Voysey, Woold ridge, and Ziegler.
The Secretary reported having received notice from the Town Clerk, Hkitika, of the appointment by the Hokitika Borough Coancil of Mr W. A. Thompson (a Borough Councillor) as a Trustee for the Kuma-a Hospital. Tilistens bo held on the first and third Tuesdays in the month. The "Wardsman's Report was read and received. Accounts to the amount of £4 19s 6d were passed for payment. Messrs Voysey, Morris, Ziegler, and Burger were appointed a sub-committee •to take into consideration the framing of bye-iavvs for the Honiara Hospiral; to report to a special meeting of the Trustees next Tuesday evening. The House Committee were instructed to report, to next meeting of the Trustees as to the state of the ground in the Hospital Reserve, and the best mode of clearing and cnltivating the same. This concluded the business of the meeting.
