London, March 8, This morning’s Daily News announces that instructions have been forwarded to Sir Henry Drummond-Wolff, special British Commissioner to Egypt, to propose to the Khedive the desirability of fixing the Egyptian frontier at WadyHalfa, on the Nile, and also to suggest that Egyptian troops replace the British forces in Egypt at an early date.
