WARDEN’S COURT.
Friday, January 22. [Before J. Giles, Esq., Warden.] The application of Patrick O’Rourke for a residence area fronting M'Gowan’a old tramway, objected to by Ross Cunningham, and postponed from last Court day, was again postponed for settlement of compensation and surveyor’s plan.
John Quinna applied, by his agent Mr Seddon, for a residence area fronting Blake’s Tramway, east of Dillman’s lown.—Postponed for same purpose. John Burr applied, by his agent Mr Hannan, for a residence area at Mignonette Plat. Granted, on the usual conditions.
The application of Denis Moynihan for a residence area fronting the Dillman’s and Christchurch road, which was postponed at request of applicant from last Court day, was now granted. The application of Rudolph Netzhand for a residence area at Mignonette Flat, also postponed from last Court day, was granted. William Jones and four others applied by their agent Mr Hannan, for an extended area on the Education Reserve, next Hanna and party’s claim,— Granted. James Holmes, by his agent Mr Seddon, applied for a branch head water-race, on the Kumara Education Reserve, commencing at the main race, near Sellars’ house, and terminating at Hanna and party’s claim, Nardoo Terrace.—Granted, subject to arrangements with the Borough Council.
