(Received December 8, 2.45 p.m.) Sofia, December 6. Prince Alexander has promised to forward his final reply to the Servian proposals within thirty-eight hours from the present time. London, December 7. It is announced that the Great Powers have intervened between Servia and Bulgaria, and insist on the conclusion of an armistice between the two countries. (Received December 9, 1.30 p.m.) December 8. Bulgaria and Servia both show themselves indisposed to yield to the demands of the Powers for the conclusion of an armistice. [special to press association. ] London, December 6. The Bulgarians have demanded the evacuation of Widdin, and an indemnity of thirty millions of marks, retaining Pirot as a guarantee until this amount is paid. It is reported that Prince Alexander is inviting a Servian alliance against Turkey.
