Healy has been elected for South Deny. The Right Hon. E. Stanhope [Conservative] and Mr Albert H. G. Grey [Liberal] have been reelected for Lincolnshire (Middle) and Tyneside respectively. Yielding to the counsels of Prince Alexander, of Bulgaria, and Sir William White, British Ambassador here, the Porte has recalled the delegates recently despatched to Philippopolis. It has also been decided that Djevdet Pasha, who was appointed Governor of Roumelia, shall return to Constantinople for the present.
