His Eminence Cardinal Moran arrived to-day from Europe. He met with a most enthusiastic reception. Sir Alexander Stuart, ex-Premier of New South Wales, will shortly proceed to England. His visit will probably extend over two years. The change is considered necessary, owing to Sir Alexander's ill health. (Received November 5, 2.20 p.m.) Albany, November 5.
