The general impression appears to be that the Act would require to be amended in more directions than one next aessiou if it was intended to be reasonably workable. Dunedin, November 2. The Wairarapa is insured for £51,000, of which £19,000 is in the London, and £12,000 in the Colonial offices, and the Company's own risk is £20,000.
