WARDEN'S COURT.

FIUDAY, OCTOBEII 1. [Before J. Giles, Esq., Warden.] APPLICATIONS. Thomas Rothwell and party, by their agent Mr D. Hannan, applied to construct a branch race at Larrikins from the Government branch race.— The application was objected to by Stephen M'Neil, as he said it would very much damage his area.—Mr Dand, Government race manager, appeared and consented to the application for the Queen. —Tbe question of compensation to M'Neil was referred to arbitration ; Mr William Greenroyd for applicants, and Mr John M'Donald for objector. Dougald M'Kinnon, by his agent Mr Hannan, applied for half-an-acre residence area fronting the old road at Larrikins.—The application was granted on tbe Bame conditions as others on the same road.
