Reports to hand announce the cho'era epidemic ia spreading on the Continent. The latest advices state the disease has made its appearance at Palermo, in Sicily, and also at Mons, a city in Belgium, a short distauce from the French frontier. September 9. At to-day's wool sales, 10,200 bales were catalogued to a flat market, prices generally being drooping. Consuls have advanced to £IOO 2s 6d. Adelaide wheat, off the coast, remains at 35s 6d ; but off-coast cargoes have fallen to 33s 9d. Per Merchant Shipping and Underwriters' Association :—" Arrived, ship Latterworth, from Port Chalmers, June 9th ; ship Waimea, from Lyttelton, June 6th."
